We work with clients that have undergone
shoulder, knee, and lower back surgery.  My
approach to these recovering injuries is to give
them the knowledge to maintain fitness so
there is not a re
-occurrence of injury. We
incorporate techniques such as joint mobility
exercises, stabilization, core fitness and
strength training. Clients who prefer weight
training as a method to losing weight are
provided with the necessary tools to keep
those extra pounds off while preventing injury.

The Personal Trainers at Rhonda’s Fitness Center design
a program catered to fit your needs. Each program is
based on your goals, fitness level and ability. Body
measurements and fat percentages are taken to provide
you a starting point and are taken of a continual basis to
track personal progress. Our goal is to help you meet
your goals of reducing body fat, tone and strengthen
muscles, and look and feel your best!
Philosophy
The Staff at Rhonda’s Personal Training &
Fitness Center is dedicated to providing clients
with the proper guidance and motivation needed
to help them achieve their individual fitness
goals. Overall fitness of mind and body is our
mission. Programs are customized for each
individual and may include: cardio workouts,
strength training, flexibility training, nutritional
counseling and special classes. Our staff
provides a motivating environment in which
working out is a great way to reduce stress, lose
weight and inches, while increasing self-
confidence and having fun!
